Carnival should be moved to Port Royal. I can never understand using major thoroughfares (core city routes) as carnival streets. Ppl have to go to work and about their business not everyone goes to carnival. It's a massive inconvenience esp for essential workers.

@zoeshirah_ You are free to share your thoughts without descending to ad hominem. That said, Port Royal is 11km and 14 mins away from the airport. There are several roads in and around Port Royal for bands to play. Port Royal does not start at Palisadoes.
