After todays news about Twitter disabling 3rd app support I’m basically going to stop cross posting everything. I get plenty of conversations happening on Mastodon and I cannot support the changes Elon has made. Again I encourage everyone to make the switch.

It’s happening. My coach and I have decided to give it a go. Obviously starting back very easy. It’s been 7ish months since I last run and I cannot wait.

@jan_ruscoe It was amazing. I was apprehensive about spending 5 weeks there but it ended up being the right choice. Term 2 my family is off travelling the top of Australia so expect lots of pics and maybe some YouTube’s.

What a disaster is Sydney Airport. Delayed landing didn’t help but the airport is setup so badly. Adults gets express entry but under 10’s need to go in a massive queue. There are queues everywhere and no really knows what is happening. Looks like we are missing the flight home.

@jan_ruscoe Yes. My wife and I did the quick ePassport method. Then we tried our daughter and it said we had to queue to get her through. We missed our flight but after much running around Sydney airport we should make the next one.

@superdavey As in the whole family then goes in a different queue? I would think the idea is to make it faster for families, not slower!

I’m getting great value out of Mastodon’s ability to follow hashtags. You can even track the post count. I’m also trying Readwise which is working well to save posts or articles I’m finding. readwise.io

@KanePittard Nice work. I’m building lots of content around GTP-3. I figured in Mastodon you can follow hashtags and they just appear in the timeline.
