The legendary Brandon Brooks. @getrichordietryin00 Brandon Brooks is one of the top players in Oregon high school basketball history. In addition, his Jefferson team is widely regarded as the best ever in Oregon. In his senior season, they were ranked #4 in the nation and won every game. When Brooks was a sophomore in high school, he had a 60-point game and also a 58-point game. He's a couple of years older than me, and I first saw him play during his sophomore year at a combine at The Hoop in Salem, Oregon. I instantly became a fan of his game. He was out there crossing defenders and creating off the dribble. It was a beautiful thing to see. After my freshman year, I was blessed to play against him and his Jefferson team in a summer league game. Those guys were famous in Oregon, and I had watched them play numerous times by that point. I remember being nervous before the game, but I ended up playing really well, and it was a big confidence booster. I was (and still am) a fan of their team and have a great deal of respect for them. They showed me respect as well, which I appreciate to this day. This video showcases a glimpse of Brandon Brooks and his Jefferson team.

"Hit the open man." #SuperHandles The is what my dad used to say to my teammates and me when we were growing up playing together. And we went on to win back-to-back state titles.

If you're in the NBA, give this drill a try. A different crossover is being done with each ball. Train your brain—and your handles—with this. Now add the Double-Clutch Behind-the-Back. Not easy. Definitely not common. But neither are the results. Gain the SuperHandles Advantage. #SuperHandles #EliteGame #EliteBasketball #NBA

Most players won't understand this drill... and that's fine. Not everyone is looking to gain every advantage possible. This is the Between to the Behind-the-Back Pass Off-the-Board to the One-Hand Catch to the Country Spin to the Pull-Up. This drill is elite. Give it a try if you're ready for it. If not, scale it back. #SuperHandles

This workout is for Elite Players Only. This isn't for beginners or intermediate players. Quite frankly, at least two of the drills in this Supe Session would be too advanced for most pros to do at fast-speed (game-speed). Just because someone plays professionally, doesn't mean this would be appropriate for their skill level. But here's the thing. Even if you're not elite, you can gradually build up to this. Regardless of where you're at, if you really want to progress, the key is to continue to push yourself. If you're not challenged, you won't be progressing. The focus of this workout was on the Super-Shake, which is a devastating combo move, and one of my favorites through the years. If you have any questions, let me know. #SupeSession #EPO #ElitePlayersOnly #EliteBasketball #SuperHandles

Are you easy to guard like most players? This elite workout can help you change that. In this Supe Session, I focused on the Super-Shake—a devastating combo move when you know what you're doing. I pushed my speed, worked rapid changes of pace, violent fakes, and explosive outputs into jumpers. If your game is predictable, you’re practically begging to get locked up. When I was growing up, my dad used to tell me: don’t be predictable—and it’s worked ever since. So, play differently, keep defenders guessing, and gain the SuperHandles Advantage. #SuperHandles #Basketball #EliteBasketball #SupeSession

Most players will NEVER stand out. They do the same things as everyone else. The way the train. The way they play. Their games are boring. But to stand out, you need to do things differently than the Boring Majority. The Supe Session is an example of this. Gain the SuperHandles Advantage. #SuperHandles #EliteBasketball #Basketball #SupeSession

If you want to create shots at a higher level, do this workout. ✅ 2-Ball Consecutive V-Behind Side-Hop Hezi > Three-Step Jumper. ✅ 1-Ball Hard Stutter > Consecutive V-Behind Side-Hop Hezi > Three-Step Jumper. I wanted my Stutters threatening and my transitions abrupt. ✅ Consecutive V-Behind Side-Hop Hezi > Delayed Mirror Hezi > Push-Out Pull-Up ✅ V-Behind Side-Hop > Delayed Mirror Hezi > V-Behind > Crossover-Step Pull-Up. Similar to the last move, I wanted my Mirror Hezi delayed and not done until I was completing my Side-Hop. ✅ Imagination and Score. I wanted to let my creativity flow, be unpredictable, and create shots. Now it's your turn. Put this Supe Session into action and gain the advantage. #SuperHandles #Basketball #BasketballTraining #EliteBasketball #SupedUp #ScoringMoves #ShotCreation #SupeSession
