By loading design files directly into the equipment, operators gain a deeper understanding of alignments, line work and surfaces from dozers and excavators to concrete pavers and skid steers.

Superior uses both GPS and robotic machine control platforms, allowing us to adapt to any situation.

With Propeller Mobile, teams can check spot elevations and locations whether working at the office or jobsite. Daily workflows now incorporate updated aerial views from drone flights. The team can overlay design files onto drone-generated 3D surfaces to know just where we stand.

Superior's Survey Unit is advancing project tracking through Propeller and Propeller Mobile. The team is training members across the company on these tools, which have transformed how we track and visualize progress on projects.

Harold takes pride in the path he's traveled and the legacy he's building through hard work. Beyond his professional advancement, Harold values Superior's family-first approach and the daily camaraderie on the jobsite.

Superior is celebrating Harold Hatch's 25-year career with our company! Since joining as a laborer in 2000, Harold has steadily advanced through pipe crew, grader operator and foreman roles, ultimately becoming a superintendent in our Northeast Florida division.

The work restored critical access to Sanibel and Captiva Islands following Hurricane Ian's devastation in 2022.

This national honor follows the project's ENR Southeast Best Regional Project Award in the Highway/Bridge category and its selection as an ENR Southeast Project of the Year finalist.
