Some experimenting went on this week while I was busy aerating the greens. Chopped up the pork belly on Sunday and started curing it as if I was making bacon, last night it went in the smoker and I cooked it as if I was making burnt ends. I need to add some bbq rub next time.

Saying goodbye to our buddy CJ today. He’s never forgiven me for leaving the golf course 8 years ago. What a life he had after we rescued him from a bad situation. 17 years is a dang good run. We’ll miss him 🐶🌈
