Just a reminder: There are ALWAYS haters. As a business (and person), we're never going to be perfect. We will make mistakes, have bad days, and sometimes just completely miss the mark with a product's price, a stray comment, etc. The dichotomy of trying to do right by our customers versus making sure that we're around in 5 years is an interesting puzzle to navigate. We had some wins this year, and we had some learning experiences. Destined Rivals and Journey Together stand out as two drops that I wish we could do over again- and it's not because we left a ton of money on the table (we did). We could have done those better. That said, we love and appreciate all (most) of you and we look forward to doing this all again next year! I am posting this image to show that our heart is in the right place regarding getting as many boxes to as many customers as possible, while limiting the profiteering from third party resellers (whose most egregious orders we cancelled or cut down).

@squirtletcgoc2 One of the problems that I have had at this Target is that the younger workers lie. I went and asked for a 151 bundle at the counter. Younger guy said they were all out. My friend went 30 minutes later. Asked someone older and sure enough he got a 151 booster bundle. Months ago.
