And heres where the exit scam part comes in, RoAppeal adds a new requirement for their "refunds" that was never stated (most users who were approved had close to or over 100 appeals so this doesnt make any sense)

Here is what a real Cease and Desist from Roblox looks like. It does not start with the Roblox logo like the post is claiming. They’ve pretty much confirmed it was an exit scam with this post.

This doesnt really proof the authenticity that roblox themselves sent it, show the full email headers with personal information censored.
Also why would your admin send (pic 1) and say he had access to the letter, then say (pic 2) even though (pic 3) says you cannot do this.
To add onto that, "although we would be able to help wtih advice" (pic 4) also states you cant do that either
and why would roblox say on behalf of roblox corporation if it is roblox themselves sending it

@supersr As much as I dislike RoAppeal, it's highly likely Roblox updated their captcha and sent out the C&D the same day as a 1-day move to shut down RoAppeal and threaten their competitors. I've seen plenty of Roblox C&Ds, most of them look exactly like what was sent to RoAppeal.

RoAppeal just announced they are shutting down due to a "Cease & Desist" from Roblox. But looking closely at the timeline and other similar services, and it seems like they might be faking a C&D to exit scam after their system broke down completely. (Allegedly) 1/4

RoAppeal's C&D is very real and we've swiftly complied to it. We wouldn't shutdown a profitable business and process refunds just because we feel like it.
We've asked Roblox Legal for permission to post the full letter and have not received permission. We want full permission before we post the letter to avoid any further legal action from them.
Constant clout farming by Super (Owner of Avis bot & Staff at @Roblox_RTC) even after we sent him proof of the letter privately
Really did like the Avis bot which has helped the community but now I have mixed thoughts
