I have have watched 95% of Ren Min's work and she barely had that strong chemistry with his co-stars but with Gong jun? Effortless. Because their characters don't need to have skinship for them to be in sync. They're just arguing, and viola, they prefected it.

It's already weird how none of them mention Ashile Sun when directors tried so hard to recreate him, but failed miserably. Maybe, Ji fa is beyond the standard.
