@ExcuseMyFly 6 mths for the proposal. 1 year of writing, cooking, testing, and retesting, before it was due to the publisher. And then about one more year once the publisher gets it. Editing, copy editing, and then onto design and you’ll have a little more editing during the design passes.

I baked some Tofu that I marinated in some Tamari. Also made @thewoksoflife ‘s Smashed Asian Cucumber Salad, toasted some Sesame Seed, cut up some Avocado, Green Onions(didn’t have any cilantro), and toasted some Sesame Seeds. Served that over some chilled Rice Noodles. #vegan
