@qatarairways Still no response to my email! Delayed flight QR0008 on July 9, missed my connection, stranded in Doha for 18 hours. Chaotic staff, no safety announcements, wrong meal served, passports taken without info, and no support. Is this how you treat loyal customers?

Might I add, its been over 3 working days and 5 days in total since I wrote the email?
