@FelixFanfaron @SurePetcare I ran out of words, I meant that there's a closed off path to the food so that if the one cat tries to push the other away the process of the cat backing off takes long enough that it can close. Sorry couldn't find an easier way to put that

@SurePetcare Update 4.1.22 is a total failure. The door's menu is empty. All buttons gone. App useless since last week. I am not the only one (look newest feedback in App store). Customer service wants hub serial number. Others w/o update can access menu. It's not me, it's you.

@SurePetcare hey- the last two days our cat flap has not been letting the cats in from outside unless its completely digitally unlocked - effectively locking them outside even though we have it set so they can come in but not go back out.

@SurePetcare hi, I buy your Microchip pet bowls, & have your Sureflap microchip cat flap. Sadly the cat flap stopped working today; 🐈‍⬛️ was stuck outside. Have changed batteries, little lug doesn't drop to allow opening when he gets near & it's since stopped recognising. Ideas?
