@SurePetcare Update 4.1.22 is a total failure. The door's menu is empty. All buttons gone. App useless since last week. I am not the only one (look newest feedback in App store). Customer service wants hub serial number. Others w/o update can access menu. It's not me, it's you.

@SurePetcare Unfortunately your new app design is designed by somebody not having several cats at home or use it on a daily bases... I do miss to visually see my cats timeline with icons. Now I have to read to get a feeling of my cats day. Can you please change back?

@SurePetcare as I see I am not alone with app problems sind 24 hours. Let me guess: you made a server update? Always around holidays you are having troubles.

@SurePetcare hello. Our cat flap has randomly stopped working for no reason. It’s not registering my cat going in or out or sending me any notifications. I’ve tried all troubleshooting methods. Please can you advise? This is the second time in a month and I’m getting irritated

@SurePetcare No notifications received on the app since lunchtime even though my cat has been in/out through the cat flap multiple times. Are your servers down again?

@SurePetcare hiya are there any issues atm with the cat flaps? Hasn’t been working via the app all afternoon. Have changed batteries, reset hub, reset internet and still nothing 🙃

Even there will be no answer for this bug from @SurePetcare I want to put it out there: Cat indoor. I locked the door. Cat can leave the house. See the App Screenshot. We need another player on the market in this size cat doors.

Liebe Twitterbubble, ich brauche für die Praxis eine neue Telefonanlage. Wer kann mir etwas empfehlen? Ansprüche: mehrere Leitungen offen zum Telefonieren, Warteschlange etc. Die Übernommene macht mir nur Ärger (Atside, Swisscom). Gerne auch Broker mit Offerten.
