CANADA: A "non-binary" diaper fetishist has won his second legal bid to force the province of Ontario to fund a surgery that would preserve his penis and craft a "vaginal hole" near his anus. The surgery is expected to cost taxpayers upwards of $70,000. reduxx.info/canadian-non-b…

If you have to add that the definition of “woman” includes men who claim to be women, it means they’re not included in the actual definition and therefore not women. Which is our entire point.

Deadnaming a trans person with malicious intent in this day and age, is just beyond cruel. If Q wanted to be known by their old name, they'd use it. But they obviously don't. This makes me so angry and makes me despair if this is what we call reasonable debate

Before being elected MSP for Edinburgh and Lothians East, Q Manivannan – who is a biological male and whose original first name is Srivatsan, but who now uses the pronouns they/them – told party members that they were ‘a queer Tamil immigrant’ from a ‘lower caste’ background. This qualified them to speak for the ‘working class and marginalised’ because they often went ‘hungry and because I was starved… worked and lied and begged.’ According to a Sunday Times investigation, this account doesn’t stand up to scrutiny. It transpires that Manivannan actually hails from an upper-middle class family in Chennai, one of India’s wealthiest cities. While the MSP claims to be the descendant of panoply of underworld exotics, of ‘courtesans, dancers, musicians, hunters and prostitutes’, the Green politician’s father reportedly has degrees in chemical engineering and business administration and their mother had a career in academia. The young Manivannan attended a private school, a private liberal arts and law university, and in 2019 went to work at a consultancy in Delhi which helps the super-rich gain places at international universities. This is all rather awkward for a Scottish Green party that wants to abolish private schools. ✍️ Patrick West Article | spectator.com/article/q-mani…

@PaulEmbery Imagine putting yourself up for public ridicule, on record for years and years to come as an example of the cowardice, complicity and moral bankruptcy that has now devoured so many people. These women are the worst of all the traitors

My word. This is incredible. A real-life version of that scene from The Life of Brian: "Stan, you haven't got a womb! Where's the foetus going to gestate?! You going to keep it in a box?!"

Sex is underpinned by genetics. I can infer @alxhwtt genetics by observing he is male. That is, I reckon he has a Y chromosome and all the associated genes. He has a healthy Sox9 gene. He has a healthy androgen receptor gene. He has a healthy desert hedgehog gene. If he has fathered children, he has a healthy AZF cluster. And so on. I can also infer other genetic ‘data’ he possesses by the colour of his eyes, hair and skin, by the shape of his earlobes. We routinely infer genetic ‘data’ by the visible characteristics of others. And often, this includes medical data, when we meet someone with Down Syndrome, for example. “Genetic data” under GDPR is not what is written in your face or your blue eyes. It is personal data resulting from the analysis of a biological sample. It is processed data, stored for a legitimate purpose. And to pre-empt arguments about SRY screening in sport: yes, that is almost-certainly special category data. People are allowed to collect and process special category data when it delivers human rights. The UNESCO International Declaration on Human Genetic Data, Article 5 permits genetic testing for “any other purpose consistent with [...] international human rights law.” Women have the established human right to equality and non-discrimination on the basis of sex. A federation could easily argue that sex screening upholds these principles by protecting fair competition. I expect them all to do so under any legal challenge to screening regulations.
Alex Hewitt@alxhwtt

@ThomsAdrian @SexMattersOrg @FondOfBeetles Your lot are the ones saying that sex is tied to genetics and you have provided a screenshot that includes the phrase "genetic data". Are you really this thick or are you winding us up?

There's a narrative that feminism is responsible for gender identity ideology, or men claiming to be women. This narrative is based on current support that women express for transgender ideology. But where did the ideology come from, and why do women support it? To begin with, women have been threatened and censored for decades for opposing it. Gender identity ideology came from the convergence of psychiatry and sexology, in an explicit endeavor to reframe a sexual fetish as an identity. This was successful after decades of lobbying conducted by organized (male) transvestite groups, who began this process in the late 60's. Transvestite lobbying groups like the Society for the Second Self and the Beaumont Society were founded at this time and they spread across North America, the UK, and Australia. One leading figure was the American trans activist Virginia Prince, or Arnold Lowman, who claimed that his erotic fetish of dressing like a "girl" was not a sexual disorder, and he worked with the president of the American Psychiatric Association (APA) towards normalizing his sexual pathology. When the World Health Organization (WHO) depathologized transvestic fetishism, it was after decades of pressure from a Norwegian BDSM group, supported by a male sexologist sympathetic to pedophilia. Currently, transvestic fetishism, or the reduction of women to a performance, is supported by powerful institutions internationally. If you want to understand why gender identity ideology gained traction, looking towards postmodern "feminist" writings will lead to a dead end. The movement emerged three decades prior, when transvestite lobbying groups had already infiltrated major institutions, and had their sights set on the women's movement as a means of controlling the discourse.

Colchester @marksandspencer I asked where the women’s changing room was to try on swimwear. Manager Andrew (he/ his /him) says gender neutral changing areas are “completely safe” for women and girls. For asking him this question, he told me to leave the store. @SexMattersOrg

Who knew that the, “first known attempt to construct a vagina for a man” also might document the first detransition? From Gay Berlin by Robert Beachy. March 1921 stage two surgery, “cutting the scrotum to the perineum and then hiding the penis in the open wound” but by August (a mere 6 months later) he had “fallen in love with a young woman, given up his cross-dressing, adopted a masculine demeanor” and insisted the surgery be undone.

A lot of people have struggled to believe me when I say that the Australian Human Rights Commission is giving pregnancy protections in law to men who claim to be woman, because it’s so stupid it’s hard to believe anyone would say it. Enjoy:

Kirralie Smith (@KirralieS) is in court today to appeal a vilification decision and $95,000 in damages. Kirralie was bringing attention to the *fact* there are biological men in a women’s soccer team, and they sued her. It has since been revealed that the women in the women’s soccer league have been told they will be punished if they so much as walk off the field when a man [who claims to be a woman] is on it. The destruction of women’s rights have long been the canary in the coal mine of gender ideology, and Kirralie is being used as the example to scare other women into submission. But it isn’t just women’s rights that gender ideology destroys: it’s freedom of belief & freedom on speech, the absolute bedrock of a free society. I wish I could be with you today, @KirralieS, but I’m in Canberra reminding politicians that men are not women 😉 Men are not women. 🩷🩷🩷
