It was another great day supporting the @PentUp_Pent foundation yesterday coaching and helping army veterans with PTSD and supporters of the charity compete in a full pentathlon. Always the most inspiring day and feel privileged to be part of it. Well done to everyone involved👊🏻

We have been contacted about the SE Youth Fencing Championships on 9th & 10th March 2019 at Whitgift. Age groups are U12-U18s. The event is also the qualifier for the British Youth Championship in May. Let me know if anyone wants the entry details!
