Every time you use the River Mersey Ferry, the King profits, an investigation by Dispatches and @thetimes reveals. The Duchy of Lancaster, which owns the coastline from Barrow to the River Mersey, charges the publicly-owned ferry a yearly fee for mooring at a pier on Duchy land.

When I see of how the #Wordsworth legacy is celebrated in the Lake District, I am convinced @cathmartingreen @Yeatssocietyirl @frankfeighan that we need to do more on #Yeats in #Sligo. Aside from his literary qualities, Yeats was more of a key figure in Irish history than WW was in England.
