The National Testing Agency (NTA) is worse than a national disgrace: given its repeated, egregious failure to root out corruption and fraud in the conduct of common entrance examinations, it is a clear and present danger to the well-being, especially the mental health, of millions of young men and women. @sushanta_t Hello genius! Delimitation commission would only identify the various areas covered by each constituency. No commission can decide on # of LS or RS seats in a state. That can only be done constitutional amendment in parliament which is what is happening now.

Who is going to carry out the Delimitation - govt or the Delimitation commission? If the Delimitation Commission is mandated to decide how many seats will be in a state then why the government is claiming there will be a 50% increase across the board?
