One year since the first post here! I don't really draw #tcoaal anymore, but I redrew this just for the occasion. I'll try my best to improve and share plenty of art over the next year.

@clever_reports I keep a copy of Aurelius's Meditations by my bed: "Watch the stars in their courses as one that runs about with them therein; and think constantly upon the reciprocal changes of the elements, for thoughts on these things cleanse away the mire of our earthly life."

@clever_reports I see nearly all your posts, but I occasionally feel the need to leave a comment because I truly think this account is among the coolest things I've followed on social media over the years. At the risk of sounding like a parasocial nut, I'll leave one more comment:

We report: the constellations are broken up by the clouds, and we are too close to sleep to make sense of these things anyway. It feels easy to let go, to not wonder about what kind of clouds they are, or the names of the stars. The wind blows from the darkest corner of the sky.

@Akatan_art Yes, you're in a unique situation. I think people wouldn't mind waiting a little longer for episodes with higher quality art, as I feel you are seen more as a painter than a comic maker. I think the surprisingly quality and effort in your comics is what makes them unique.

Whereas I guess most people just want to see the story progress and don't care about how detailed the background is for example (understandably- this is a comic afterall). Mmm...

I feel conflicted about my current comic where on one hand I want to visually push them as much as possible to force myself to make progress on my art (i feel its stagnant), and at the same time doing this is a huge amount of work & it prevents me from releasing episodes quicker

My depression has worsened again, and I'll be late submitting my work for Comms... I'm overthinking things, my mind is filled with confusion, and I'm having trouble breathing. I'm truly sorry.I'm supposed to take my medication every day without fail, but I can't even take it.

We report: it somehow happened that a few street lamps turned on right as we walked past them. It also is true that the time is around nightfall. There could be no links between our walking by and the ignition of the lamps. Our expert is convinced that this is some sort of omen.
