Reindustrializing America isn't about building bigger mega-factories. It starts on Main Street. For decades, the playbook was simple: move production to where labor was cheapest. China did a good job at this by building giant, vertically integrated factories backed by government dollars. But copying that model isn't the answer. We're sharing research based on inputs from real manufacturers as a way of elevating their voices, not ours. The data comes from SMB business leaders about what's actually holding them back (labor, supply chains, capital). Our intent with this report is to highlight how incredible these American manufacturing business are and to surface their unique challenges to drive action from investors, entrepreneurs, and policymakers–regardless of whether that helps our business or not.
