@bigbasketblog got great service and a user friendly app suddenly with problems. 1st complaint You’ve started asking for a new log in and OTP thru mobile..but give 30secs instead of 3 mins. By the time they OTP comes on the mobile 40 secs is over. This is maddening. Rectify asap

@bigbasket_com I have paid for items not delivered today. There was massive delay in delivery. Bigbasket hasn’t bothered to resolve anything yet. I have got those typical mechanical responses.
