It's my first time using Twitter properly in a good few months. Content wise it's feeling a bit calmer now. But as a product/service it's also feeling quite clunky and unrefined in a few place too.

Little actions that make a big impact. Hearing some really lovely ideas so far. Interestingly, the big theme that’s bubbling up - Work in the open. Dont hide info in people. Write stuff down. Invite contributions. When people ask questions - point to the resource. #ukgcxl

Reading guidance for doing user research with “older adults - 65+” (very slightly older than me). The writer entirely defines us in terms of our age-related disabilities. Absolutely no hint that older people might have different life experiences and interesting perspectives.
