Our current statutory attendance is 96.3% which is fantastic! Well done Sutton Park.

F2 have had a fantastic first week, full of fun and friendships.

We had a huge amount of fun at our Summer Fair yesterday. Thank you to everyone who came. We raised a total of £1630.30! Am amazing total, which will be used to support with educational visits, OPAL play and the purchase of new reading books throughout the school.

KS2 had an amazing careers day! 5BR enjoyed all of the visitors and found out so much about the interesting jobs! They were amazingly respectful and had some brilliant questions!

We are very proud of our overall attendance and we would like the thank our families for their continued support. Enjoy your bank holiday weekend🎉

Year 5 have been preparing for their class debate tomorrow based on our class read, 'Kensuke's Kingdom'. They are debating whether Kensuke should leave the island with Michael and have worked amazingly in teams to prepare their persuasive arguments.

We are pleased to announce the return of Sutton Park Sings, where we will perform the song we have been working on for a number weeks and share it with you! Our first song is Reach for the Stars to coincide with our new REACH goals! youtu.be/2wzA0KgwHEE

We are holding a Scholastic Book Fair at school from Tuesday 25th March to Friday 29th March at 3.15pm in the Year 3/4 corridor. Please come along and see what there is on offer to promote the love of reading with your children.

Year 6 had a visit from author and illustrator, Martin Impey this morning. It was so interesting to hear not only how he writes his books, but to see how he creates his illustrations. Thank you for taking your time to visit us @Martin_Impey

Year 6 have received another reply to our reduce palm oil campaign. Cadbury, thank you for the kind voucher but we're not sure about your claims. #stoppalmoil

Year 6 have received their first reply from one of the many large companies that we wrote to to express our concerns regarding their use of palm oil in their products. Our ecowarrior mission continues! #nopalmoil
