Today has been a lot. First of Mum’s birthdays without her here. Went to choir and we sang the Beatles, who she loved. Then everything went wrong and I cried just as the Tesco man arrived. Going to see Tim Minchin shortly for some laughter therapy.

I'm in Darent Valley hospital again, after collapsing in my GP's surgery on Mon and taken to A&E by ambulance with suspected sepsis. I have a severe chest infection and my lymphedema has got more painful, especially in the left leg. I've had a full set of bloods.

I really wanted to thank you for your encouragement on here in the last few days. My disabilities have been...disabling in the last wk or so,I've not been able to do much & haven't felt like a valuable human, but knowing I can post a photo here & lift a person's mood a little is something I *can* do, even when I can barely move. I’ve not been well this week & have been thinking about whether to continue making my living this way, my value as a disabled (autism+ADHD+PMDD) human & I’ve been comparing myself to others (never good). When I feel low I make miniature posies. I’ve been mocked for them before but they lift my mood-ping dopamine in my brain & others’ (hope this one pings yours). Maybe a small life is ok.
