Happy Tuesday dear friends.
I know that I've been rather silent of late but wish to let y'all know that I'm not ignoring you. Since returning to work after #staycation, things have been rather hectic & value my downtime.
Have a good day & remember that today is a precious gift.

I wake up, look in the mirror, and once again the beard is growing. I then, open the blinds and see the beautiful sun glowing.
The coffee is brewing, and all I need is my very favourite mug. Now, all that’s missing for a good day is all of you to give me a big hug. #sundayvibes

I’ll open at 8pm-there’ll be just 30 of each calendar design in this print run 🌿

I'll be opening my Etsy shop at 8pm for half calendars (July-Dec) of my tiny posy & botanical photos. I design my images using recent research so that simply looking at them alters brain biochemistry to alleviate anxiety & lift mood. Each calendar=6 very high quality 29cm frameable prints w. 3cm white borders. I ship anywhere. Small print run: 30 of each design. Etsy: etsy.com/uk/shop/silver…

I really wanted to thank you for your encouragement on here in the last few days. My disabilities have been...disabling in the last wk or so,I've not been able to do much & haven't felt like a valuable human, but knowing I can post a photo here & lift a person's mood a little is something I *can* do, even when I can barely move. That's a really good thing.🌿
For you, from the garden:

@ADRauh_1964 I have just bought a bunch of those pink peony roses reduced to what would equate to two dollars Alvin, they are so pretty flowers 🌺 xx

I’ve not been well this week & have been thinking about whether to continue making my living this way, my value as a disabled (autism+ADHD+PMDD) human & I’ve been comparing myself to others (never good). When I feel low I make miniature posies. I’ve been mocked for them before but they lift my mood-ping dopamine in my brain & others’ (hope this one pings yours). Maybe a small life is ok.
