Today is Lunar New Year Day.
The first thing I read this morning was that at least 10 people are dead after a gunman shot up a dance hall during a Lunar New Year event in Monterey Park, CA. Police don’t have anyone in custody.
My heart is with those families.

The gas stoves discourse finally made me buy an electric kettle, to at least reduce how often I’m using the stove. And bc I am me, I am buying multiple kettles to compare & choose between.
