Today, the MS Senate voted to confirm Dr. Lance Evans as the State Superintendent of Education. In December 2023, the State Board of Education named Dr. Evans to the post. Senate confirmation was required to complete the appointment process. Dr. Evans will begin July 1. #MsEdu

It was an exciting day for students in grades K-2 at NAES today as they experienced JA in a Day. JA in a Day was a day full of hands-on activities and fun discussions around financial literacy, career exploration, and entrepreneurship.
