Part 3 (last): I’ve been helping her develop her QI skills and she created this amazing infographic which I am so proud to share with you - she is such a real asset to @StockportNHS and I look forward to our co-mentoring relationship blossom!

Part 2: the amazing paeds nurse (@thepaedsnurse) I’m mentoring (who is also mentoring me too!) has restored my faith in the fabulousness of our NHS team - she is unwavering in her determination to give her patients the best possible care and experience!

Part 1: This year, at work, I’ve found myself becoming a little jaded in my dotage. Cynicism crept into my core self. Then two amazing things happened - I started working at the @CLN_NHS @NHS_CLN AND I started to mentor an amazing band 5 paediatric nurse!

@Apple really disappointed that your Apple one Premier bundle has got a glitch and has meant that I’ve now lost music and fitness+ - car journeys with the kids this weekend are going to be tough without their music! Hope your engineers can sort it before I turn to Amazon instead!

@davesween1969 Really ‘sees’ the human being behind the role and consciously provides a safe and empathetic space to allow others to thrive
