A San Diego family says surveillance cameras captured a mail carrier repeatedly pepper spraying their tiny dog, Pupa — allegedly 11 times over the course of a month.
ELEVEN TIMES.
According to the family, they contacted both police and the U.S. Postal Service after discovering the footage.
Look at that little dog. If you genuinely believe an animal is a threat, there are procedures for handling it. But repeatedly spraying a small dog over multiple encounters? That deserves a serious investigation.
Animals depend on us to protect them. They can't tell us when someone is hurting them when we're not around.

The hardest part right now is to remember all the corrupt stuff being done and all the activities the administration is taking to correct it. It's not a bingo card, its a 3 ring binder.
We lose sight of the fact that the reveal wouldn't have happened at all if another administration had been in office and then blame the current administration.
Meanwhile, the current administration has it's own issues. They are surrounded by a government that is opposed to them - there are simply not enough conservatives in government to fill the roles.
So it has become preferable to just lay the oppositon off and not fill the positions than fight them 24 hours a day as they utilize all the resources they had as employees.
93% of the government voted against Trump. Imagine walking into work as the CEO and everyone including the board, and VP's hate your guts and want you to fail.
