Wherever you are, start from there. You do not need to go anywhere else.

Whatever you have, pour that out; live in the awareness of this fullness.

For everything that we love in the universe, there is something within us that loves it because it sees its own image therein.

We do not realize that the universe and everything that can be stated about the universe also includes us.

The universe is filled with the honey of God.

The eyes saw the diamond; was it the eyes that wanted the diamond? Who wanted the diamond? Look for that one. And in that One, I assure you, is the light of all the diamonds of the world.

God's gifts are many, oh so many. May you find God's gifts to be precious even when they come in p(l)ain wrappers.

There are three things that a human being can use for the comfort of the many, for the benefit of the many. These three things are called tana, mana and dhana – body, mind and material posessions.

Only when you establish a new philosophy of life for yourself and resolve that from this moment on I am going to do for the benefit of the many and for the comfort of the many will you find an end to pain.

The karmic suffering will continue until you free yourself of yourself.

Decide that you will make a choice between laziness and doing, creating something that brings comfort and benefit to the many and if you have to lose sleep, food, comfort and rest over it, fine.

The world is very far, but God is not. He is very close. He is here. If we only see far and can't see near, we need a different kind of glasses.

Where can you start if God is far away, at the other end of infinity and not at this end, where you are? God is not at the end of infinity – it is not far, it really isn't far. The world is very far but God is not.

Determine each act on the basis of “Would this act lead me to God?”

You must come to a point were you realize that you are not an island on which everything of the world can be gathered.

Your attempt to direct everything toward yourself is futile. It is useless. You never will succeed. It is against the laws of nature.

Discovering our higher identity is surrender.

We speak of surrender to the guru, but what will he do with our surrender? What use are the filthy clothes of our outgrown identities to him?

Go to the sea at sunset and see the gold of the sun reflect on the surface of the water; if one could somehow skim that gold, one would get an idea of the subtlety of the mind-prana colours.

Ego identification changes with surrender, but surrender is not to someone exterior. Surrender is the realization of something inside that had previously been hidden.
