I had a weeks long day dream of building a synth that worked like this in 2018 and settled on naming it “Swamp Flux.” Seeing Bogdan have the same idea and actually build it is wonderful!

Emelie's breakdown of costs for producing Blinds in 2015 is an interesting and rare example of manufacturers sharing their business costs and processes. Obviously my costs would be different per module but I think selling ~24 units before moving forward with the rest is smart.

Emilie Gillet's rule of thumb was if 250 people want it, then it's worth making because of the cost savings. I tried to follow that rule. Definitely 250+ people at Superbooth alone told me they were interested, so I went for it. youtube.com/watch?v=I35Jbc…

Fixed up prototype units #4 & #5 of The Biggest Foot last night. After a few more touch-ups, brace yourselves for live streams all the way up to the end of the Kickstarter. Plan is to use both simultaneously! Who's ever used 2 Wii balance boards to make music? It's gonna be rad~!
