@swannsecurity I've found a WD purple 2TB 3.5" surveillance HDD, will that work?

@swannsecurity having trouble with my cctv system. It shows live images, but playback is inaccessible. Now the box is making a clicking sound which I believe indicated a failed HDD. How do I fix this or replace it pls? Tried format/reboot, no success

@swannsecurity i can't seem to get my swann cctv system connected to either my swannview or my swannsecurity iphone app. it was ok on my swannview, then it just logged out, and can't get it back on. it works fine with a monitor connected direct to the dvr can you help please

@gazzak2011 @swannsecurity Return it and get another brand. Their customer service is dog shit and their products are not built to last. Spent $1k on cameras for the house and half of it works. Going back to a competitors brand, at least they held up for more than a year.

@aitch_R_aitch @4orreall Sorry any inconvenience. Older DVR models were designed around mouse-based navigation, which we know can be cumbersome. Newer DVR/NVR systems let you review footage easily via mobile or PC apps. Send us your model number and we’ll help find options to make your setup easier.

@4orreall Even worse than this ....... I have a dated @swannsecurity CCTV DVR. When I want to review something, I have to use a MOUSE to access the keyboard interface! I condensed my password to make life easier, but it's still a pain in the arse!! #swannsecurity
