#Vss365 folks- I’ve truly enjoyed this community and the writing we’ve shared with each other. I’m going to be posting my vss365 entries in Bluesky from now on- I hope to see you there.

I love my country, and I was proud to vote today for Vice President Harris and Governor Walz to lead it. I'm also grateful to the election workers and volunteers who help our democracy work and who make early voting an option. They deserve credit and praise for the job they do.

It’s good to be reminded the online world’s not real. Maintaining that #awareness improves the way you feel. The world is so much better than what you scroll on screens. Go out and get some sunshine and find what real life means. #vss365

We are each a swarm of atoms briefly gathered in one place, made #aware through evolution and indomitable grace. #vss365

I don’t know how to #garden I never learned to sew I cannot bake a pie or cake but there’s one thing I know Whatever you need help with, I’ll try my best to do to make our place the best home base that it can be, for you. #vss365

If time is aligned in a linear path, then all of our science and all of our math can’t change what is past, but it’s not yet too late to choose to #continue or change our own fate. #vss365

Children watch us as they grow. What we do is what they know. When we show them hate and lies, it seems normal in their eyes. So don't hate. Don't lie. Be kind. Keep the golden rule in mind. With #reflection, we can show kids a better way to grow. #vss365

I don’t despise #mosquitos when they take a little bite. I don’t condemn cicadas when they're droning through the night. I don’t get mad at bees for stinging when I’m near their hive. Those creatures help make summer feel more real and more alive. #vss365

If you find time, sometime at night, then go and use that time to write. If writing’s not your cup of #tea, then go compose a melody. If music doesn’t suit your taste, then draw, or paint, or cut-and-paste. An artless world will be our fate if we don’t try- so, go create. #vss365

In winter, I want #melon and in summer, I miss snow; I guess every season makes me wish for two seasons ago. #vss365

What makes love last? A persistent attraction? A mental commitment? A neural reaction? A daily routine of respect & romances? A partnership peppered with #amorous glances? A sense that the sum exceeds what each self was? Who knows why love lasts but I’m glad that it does. #vss365

Haha… love this rhyme!

A rhyme need not show #radiance to still be worth the write. Some lyrics don’t illuminate, but still they shed some light. We strive to build connections through each thought our words convey But don’t let imperfections silence what you have to say. #vss365
