When she asked the bank staff for details, she was reportedly sent back without any proper justification. The situation escalated when she started recording a video, and a bank employee allegedly said, “Take my laptop and we will resolve it by Monday.” This raises a serious question: Can money be deducted from a customer’s account without any notice? And if it is deducted, isn’t it the bank’s responsibility to explain the reason? Every customer has the full right to know complete details about their money and transactions.
