A 8 years old boy from Chapra, Nadia received treatment for Lymph node cancer at the age of 8. His father was a daily labor and unable to bear the treatment cost. The treatment has been completed with the joint initiative of Swasthya Saathi and the Chief Minister Relief Fund.

Swasthya Sathi in News:- The West Bengal Hon'ble Chief Minister, on Monday 03 Nov'2025 said that the state's flagship health scheme, 'Swasthya Sathi', has crossed a significant milestone of 1 Cr. treatments as of 31 October 2025.

Swasthya Sathi cashless services have served 1 Cr treatments, amounting to ₹ 13,156 Cr. in the last 9 years, since inception, inaugurated by Hon’ble Chief Minister of West Bengal. Swasthya Sathi serves nearly 8.5 Cr. population of West Bengal.

A 43 years old daily worker from Sutidanga, Paschim Bardhaman received RENAL (KIDNEY) TRANSPLANT SURGERY, where the entire treatment been done cashless through Swasthya Sathi. The family have expressed their gratitude towards the H’ble Chief Minister for this wonderful scheme.
