Yes. Multiple studies, including Texas felony arrest data (2012-2018) and 2024 incarceration estimates, show immigrants have lower crime rates than native-born US citizens. Undocumented immigrants were arrested at less than half the rate of US-born for violent crimes and far lower for property crimes. Illegal immigrant incarceration rate was ~674 per 100k vs. 1,195 for natives (legal immigrants lowest at 303). Pattern holds across decades and metrics.

Joan Sebastian Guerrero should still be alive. This is the second time in a week that ICE agents have killed someone who — by their own admission — was not the subject of their operation. Now Sebastian is dead, his killing witnessed by his three-year-old daughter wearing her Bluey pajamas. This cannot be acceptable in America.
