@worked_over @BelissaCohen @matthewbaszucki I’m on the last level of titrating down from Effexor XR too. What kind of bladder issues, if I may ask. I had interstitial cystitis decades before taking. Have neurogenic bladder now. It must be as the meds can cause loss of sexual function which is so closely related to bladder.

@BelissaCohen @matthewbaszucki I went off cold turkey, May 2025, my protracted withdrawal started August 2025, I’m still suffering, Effexor really fucked up my bladder and the rest of my body too.

Getting off psych meds has been the hardest thing I've ever done.
A seven-year journey to get off high-dose benzo, antipsychotic, anticonvulsant, & mood stabilizer.
Hundreds of nights of insomnia. Heart palpitations. Sometimes I can feel my heartbeat thump in my head & forearms.
Cold sweats. Hot flashes. Waves of brutal, torturous anxiety. Hours on end where all I can do is pray to God and ask Him to take it away.
Neurological issues & involuntary muscle spasms. Difficulty walking without pain.
Nausea. Reflux. IBS.
I am so close to being off all these meds. Home stretch. Just a few more months.
If people had any idea how dangerous these medications were, this would be a national scandal. And we're finally waking up. 💪

@matthewbaszucki I agree.I became self harmful the last time I weaned off of Cymbalta which was prescribed for damaged nerves.I’m now on the home stretch for getting off of SSNRI.I’m using micro dosed magic mushrooms to heal my brain as I titrate down.These R dangerous,Ok for short term use IMO.

Trial delayed as mom pleads guilty and flips on co-defendants In Bibb County, Alabama, eight suspects ran a sex trafficking ring out of an underground bunker where children as young as 3 were drugged, bound, and raped with adults paying to abuse them. Animals were also targeted. Rebecca Brewer and mother of some of the victims, pleaded guilty to sexual torture and nine counts of first-degree kidnapping. As part of the deal she agreed to testify against the other seven defendants. The trial for the remaining suspects has been delayed while the case expands, including a federal investigation into at least one of them. These monsters turned their own kids and pets into victims for profit. How long will it take for every last one of them to face real justice?

@DavidESmitty No doctors for antibiotics anyway.Get some good quality oregano oil.Use it when you think or know you have an infection. It doesn’t kill off the good bacteria and is tolerated much better and is more effective,which was proven by a middle schooler in a Science Fair project❣️🙌

They are 1000x better than opinion columns in newspapers. I noticed my chat group has more X article links than links from MSM.
