Doctor saw my X-ray and said the following You’ll not be able to RUN you’ll not be able to play FOOTBALL You’ll not be able to SQUAT on anything that has more weight than your upper body. I’m a big guy. You won’t be able to do things that require quick emergency, I understand I’ve to start protecting myself with my brain not my physical strength like it used to be. Then I asked, will I still be able to walk? His answer changed everything YES, it will take a while and lot of work but yes 2years 6 months later. I can do everything he said I won’t be able to do but yes it took lot of work, crazy amount of work and thanks to GYM.
