@Fylixfn_ In the army we run for 5 mins if our pulse is too high we slower the tempo for 10 mins and then check again. The whole run is 30 mins so 5/10/10/5. Once you get better just increase the tempo or run for longer

how do i get into cardio ? i just had my first football practice after winter break and after 15min i was dead i even got cramps in the end i felt so bad, i need advice on how to better stamina like im skinny at least i should be fit 😅
