It is important for administrators and teachers to remember why relationships are the key. Everyone needs : 1) To feel appreciated: Knowing that what they do matters and is recognized. 2) To be heard: Feeling that their thoughts and feelings are genuinely listened to. 3) To be valued: Believing that their worth isn’t tied just to their achievements but is inherent. 4) To be safe: Feeling secure in their environment, both physically and emotionally. 5) To have a sense of purpose: Understanding that their actions and existence have meaning and contribute to something larger.

So grateful to all of the experienced principals dedicated to supporting new building administrators. These are our principal panels from our first year 1 cohort meetings as well as mentors (standing) who joined their mentees. These are some St. Louis area edu-celebrities! ❤️
