@BBCR1 I'm a physio. Sorry to hear you have so much pain! Don't foam roll your leg...doesn't tend to help nerve pain. Just move as much as you can without exacerbating the pain and do your exercises 🥰

@swoodward_ You do not have to know everything to be a great educator. Teach them how you learn on the hoof. Engage students in finding reading & presenting the articles & guidelines you need to keep ahead of. Get them to teach you for max effect.

My advice for all types of tendinopathy.... 🔺Severe pain ≠ severe pathology 🔺It wont rupture with graded rehab 🔺It will take longer than you want or expect 🔺It will improve if you believe it will improve 🔺It needs regular loading and rest
