@sworthy1979 Hi Steven, Could I ask to confirm the charger's serial number please? You can find this in the Ohme app under the "My Charger" section > Settings cog wheel in top right corner under Device ID, or on the sticker underneath the charger unit.

@OhmeEV for 6 weeks I have had issues with my epod going offline after scheduling a charge. Minimal to zero charge. After power cycling more times than I can remember, multiple remote fixes & new epod the exact same issues remain.

@OhmeEV @OhmeEV used the epod without issue for 12 months and suddenly it stops working on scheduled charging? I’m also aware of a lot of other people having similar issues via forums.

@OhmeEV hours spent holding on chat, sending emails and on the phone. After 6 weeks -‘the ‘technical team are looking into this and will contact you’ does not help whatsoever. I appreciate the initial efforts made however no answer to 1 single question raised
