@sxpxxm what i do is i weigh every day but saturdays are the only one i log to track progress? the daily weigh in just kinda influences whether i fast or omad that day and if i’m on track or not. maybe that will help!

💙🌀 Goodmorning 🌀💙 I decided to stop weighing everyday a couple weeks ago now I do Saturday’s and Wednesday’s but somehow it made me more anxious in a way I just hope I didn’t gain but I haven’t been binging so I shouldn’t even be worried tbh my brain creates drama I’ve just been so stressed since losing my job I lowkey feel like I’m on a tight rope somehow 🌀but anyways I rlly hope everyone has a great Friday! Im gonna try and have a good day! 🌀

@ednoseli For the most part it feels like it! I spent most my teens in and out of group therapy and rehabs etc and it honestly gives me the same vibes if that even makes sense lolol🤣
