So with that all I said, I’ll be taking an extended break from posting memes, shitposting, dunking on government officials, and occasionally having a few good takes. There’s a lot of awfulness ok this app, but there’s so many great people still on here leading the good fight who are worth supporting. I’ll be back sometime in the near future, but on my own terms and not to just stir shit up, but to actually say something. Deleting this app, even if not forever, really is freeing.

It’s been on my mind for a while now, but after my most recent ban on this app I’ve come to the realization that what used to be fun; tweeting, engaging with moots, and arguing with stupid MAGA, no longer brings me that same enjoyment. This app’s goal is to divide us and make us angry. The algorithm shows us the worst content from the worst people and they’re rewarded from it. While good heartened good natured people are punished to love engagement unless they spend all day on here arguing. It’s not sustainable.
