it's been a long month away early morn lifting with @stabilityes, my first cryo session in a while, then skill work with @coachgeorgip on the pitch i'm happy to say that i'm fully cleared and ready after a month of pt, rest, and recovery from a prp injection i'm back outside, see you on the field 😈
