There’s a LOT of cake to bake but to be doing this against Arizona — without Yaxel — is extremely impressive. Also, tired of seeing Michigan players shoved in the back and into to oblivion on rebounds and north-south attacks to the basket. Great way to get someone hurt.

@_alanstewart '86 is the year my family moved to Elizabeth. I've never heard anyone mention a Kip Anderson before, so now I feel like I need to start asking around. Lol

Kip Anderson of South Central 13th on the list. Well before my time in Harrison County. I'm familiar with David Scott, though. That dude could fill it up at Graceland.

@_alanstewart Henry County High School in KY has them on the boys side. It seems like right after we got them, the trend exploded across Southern Indiana.

I wonder if candy striped warm-ups are exclusive to Indiana and several of its high schools or if places across the country use them. I can think of a slew of schools in the southern half of Indiana that utilize the stripes.

@_alanstewart I've said for years...9 times out of 10 we beat that team. I'm also still not sure how I ended the game with only 1 foul. Lol

Biggest bunch of malarky I've ever seen. LCC came in shooting 55% from the line. Wound up sinking 32 of 42. South Central attempted 17 of their own in a still-standing state final record (regardless of class). Actually, several marks from that game still rank tops in Indiana.
