One thing I do that I really appreciate is my social media revamp as I like to call it. Most especially my ig. Every now and then, I take out time to unfollow irrelevant accounts and replace them with relevant ones; ones I learn and get more relevant information from. This? 💯

@sylvia_akra It nutritional, I tried it one time and was nice. Only thing is , you gave to have a strong intestine. Some people purge after eating it.
