Delawere is amazing, way better than anything in Europe, but Prospera manage to beat it. It's simpler, faster, and cheaper. The easiest company setup I’ve done so far.

Effective taxes: •⁠ ⁠Business income: 1% •⁠ ⁠VAT: 2.5% •⁠ ⁠$0 on dividends, cap gains, imports, or excise •⁠ ⁠Closing: $25, file online — that’s it. Banking? Easy. I opened mine with @Onesafeio — took one week and it was ready to go. Filing took 30 min. You also get regulatory freedom — most of the compliance you’d handle in the US is just covered by insurance here. + 0% customs from anywhere in the world.

I guess you can call it a hobby… I’ve opened companies all over the world — Ukraine, Germany, Portugal, Delaware, and Próspera. From experience, common law frameworks are the fastest to set up. Here’s my quick comparison of the top 2 for me so far: Delaware vs. Próspera 🧵
