For personal reasons I have decided to completely mog the SaaS game and build by far the most useful tool you will ever introduce into your business This is the only platform solving for ACCURATE sales data across teams who are actually on the phone with a large amount of leads every day Automates tracking ALL your data, integrates with your backend, updates your CRM on autopilot -- the whole nine Waitlist is open now, check it out here: revphlo.com

We made a hiring portal that replaces Typeform + Slack + Pandadoc. Applications come in, Loom videos embed, our team chats on candidates in-app, and offer letters fire from a button. Built it in 6 hours by voice noting an AI on my couch.

We made a call grading dashboard that reads every transcript from Fathom and scores it against our rubric. It tells managers which calls need review, which reps skipped discovery, who's not framing the offer. Used to take our managers a couple hours per session. Now they only manually review low scoring calls to help reps improve.

We made a pre-call confirmation bot that pulls setter notes the second a call gets booked. It sends a personalized text edifying the closer, gets a "yes" reply, then auto-sends our trust pilot + case studies. Fired our call confirmer we were paying a few thousand a month. Show rate dropped 1%. Worth it.

We made a follow-up engine that fires the second a sales call ends. It writes 3 emails + 2 texts based on the actual call transcript, drops them into the CRM as custom fields, and drips them out based on the objection. Reply rates went up anywhere from 5 to 35%.

This may be the best time in human history to make money. Every menial, annoying task that used to come with running a business can now be automated away. Literally all I think about is growth now.

Two ways to kill a sales team: Hire too many closers → calendars dry up → top reps leave. Hire too few closers → calendars overflow → top reps burn out. Without a data-backed formula for when to hire, one of these outcomes is inevitable.

Every agency owner I talk to is paying for the same 7 tools: CRM. Project management. Forms. Calendar. Call recorder. Spreadsheets. Docs. None of them talk to each other. All of them are half-baked. But still, you spend $1,200/month when you could vibe code something better yourself.

You don't need to hire another A-player. You need to make your A-player's process so simple that a B-player can run it.

Your sales team should never have to ask you for a payment link, a script, a case study, or a testimonial. If they're asking, your operation isn't set up right. That information should live one click away from where they work.

We have data" and "we use data" are not the same thing. You probably have 18 months of sales data sitting in a CSV nobody's opened. Pull it. Look at it. Make decisions.

Hiring a salesperson should not take 3 weeks. Application → Loom video → 2 interviews → offer. Done in 7 days.

@theoscarhoole No I built ours with a SQL DB and code. Replit and lovable are pretty elementary at scale imo

Want to add $1K/month to every retainer? Build the client a portal. Their reports. Their deliverables. Their team. One login. 4-figure work is done through a shared Google Drive folder. 5-figure work is done in a custom portal.

Most agency owners don't know how many open sales call slots their team has this week. So they hire based on the feeling that they are "busy." That's how you end up with 3 closers and not enough leads, or 1 closer and a burned-out calendar. If you actually track your capacity, you won't make that mistake.

If you’ve ever made a tweet about how AI has killed (insert thing that has been around since the beginning of time) you’re a complete loser and poor
