Anyone else have this issue? I open the browser to log in to my cloud admin account, but never get the prompt for the number. New window never opens. I do get the prompt on my Authenticator app though. Running in Chrome for this.

Having an issue with a guest account. The below would indicate CA policy. However I see Absolutely ZERO sign-in logs for this user. Other guests in the same company work fine. Has MFA setup, but never prompted. Not sure where to do with this.
