Air India की दिल्ली-मुंबई फ्लाइट के चेकिंग के दौरान गजब की लुट चेक-इन काउंटर पर जब एक महिला यात्री ने अपना बैग Weight Machine पर रखा, तो उसका वजन 36 kg दिखाया गया हैरानी की बात यह है कि जब बैग हटाया गया, तब भी खाली Conveyor Belt पर मशीन 6.9 kg से 7.0 kg वजन दिखा रही थी एयरलाइन की वेइंग मशीन पहले से ही 7 kg extra weight दिखा रही थी यात्री से जबरदस्ती 4 kg luggage निकालने को कहा गया, जबकि असल में वजन लिमिट के अंदर था जब इस गलती को पकड़ा गया और वीडियो बनाया गया, तो स्टाफ ने माफी मांगने के बजाय Argument किया और वीडियो बनाने से रोका अब सोचिए कितने यात्रियों से Excess Baggage Fee के नाम पर नाजायज पैसे वसूले गए होंगे?

अब एयरपोर्ट पर सामान के वजन ज्यादा दिखा कर आम आदमी को लूटने का खेल चल रहा हैं ! ये एक्टर और Certified Cosmetologist संदीपा विर्क हैं ! 19 अप्रैल को दिल्ली से मुंबई के लिए Air India से इनकी फ्लाइट थी , जब एयरपोर्ट पहुंची तो इनके पास सिर्फ एक बैग Check In के लिए था , बैग का वजन 36 किलो के आस पास बता दिया गया, और पैसे मांगे गए या सामान निकालने के लिए कहा गया , इन्होंने अपना बैग खोलकर कुछ सामान निकाल कर अपने पास रख लिया क्योंकि इनके पास कोई केबिन बैग नहीं था और 7 KG तक का सामान अपने साथ भी ले जा सकते हैं, लेकिन उसके जब इन्होंने देखा तो AIR INDIA वालों की वेट करने वाली मशीन बिना किसी सामान के ही 7 KG वजन दिखा रही थी , जब इन्होंने बोला तो वो पहले मानने को तैयार नहीं थे कि उनकी मशीन खराब हैं , जब वीडियो बनाना शुरू किया और बताया कि उनके 1 मिलियन से ज्यादा फॉलोवर है, तब स्टाफ ने देखा और बताया कि हा हमारी मशीन ही खराब है ! अब क्या पता खराब थी कि जान बुझ कर ऐसा किया गया था , जो ध्यान नहीं देता होगा उससे से तो ये लोग हजारों रुपए ऐंठते होंगे ! एयरपोर्ट पर भी लूटने के अलग अलग तरीके आजमाए जा रहे है !

People will happily pay 100 for a bottle in a cinema, 250 for Maggi at an airport, but will question a poor worker who did all the hard work and paid carriage charges to provide facilities at such tough to reach places. Not justifying overcharging at every place, I know at some tourist spots with easier transportation systems tourists are overcharged too, but at least at such places understand how tough things are. Secondly, there should be a proper rate list, not all charge unfairly, but yes greedy people exist everywhere.

Premium AC train commuters on CR Mumbai have been left in the lurch as the special helpline number for complaints launched last year has been abruptly shuts down with commuters complaining that they have nowhere to complain now. रेलवे स्टेशन पर एक आदमी को 80 रुपये की थाली 130 रुपये में दे दी गई। तो उस आदमी ने complain कर दिया जिसपर कर्मचारी उस आदमी से ही उलझ गया और बात हाथापाई तक पहुंच गई, वहीं पास में एक पुलिस वाला भी खड़ा था। आदमी ने पुलिस से कहा तो पुलिस वाले ने साफ बोल दिया 139 पर कॉल करिए, शिकायत आएगी तब ही कुछ करेंगे। आदमी ने पूछा अगर ये किसी को कूटकर फेंक दे तब भी कुछ नहीं करोगे, तो पुलिस वाले ने कहा फेंक दे, हमें क्या मतलब, शिकायत आएगी तब ही कार्रवाई होगी। कुछ पुलिस वालों को सिर्फ अपनी सैलरी से मतलब होता है, ये भूल जाते हैं कि उनकी सैलरी भी जनता के टैक्स से ही आती है..!
