@AVA_airasia May I know what happen to Bki -Pen direct flight for 2023?

@airasia my travel date to Bangkok is Mar 2023. I receive flight cancel notice from AK, and you want me to change to the new travel date before 31 December 2022. But seem like BKI-DMK direct flight still available until 2023, I don’t understand why my new date must be before 2022

@airasia I have firefly tickets book thru Air asia app, How do I modify my booking , like add on luggage and manage seats .
