I don’t think any model is reliable at long running task. Big task - should be split into phases. Agent does single phase at a time, then another one reviews it, etc. Works flawlessly for me for tasks of any size. And @t0ggles crew helps a lot here t0ggles.com/crew

Just let Opus go for over an hour on a new feature. When it was done, I asked how I can test it. 20 minutes later, it realized I can't test it because it did the whole thing entirely wrong. Idk how you guys use this model every day for real work 🙃

t0ggles Crew agents now respond to @ mentions in task comments. Tag an agent in a comment, it picks up the task and replies - no re-assignment needed. Perfect for review loops and follow-ups. Update to v0.15.0 to get it. t0ggles.com/release-notes/…

We started t0ggles because every PM tool felt like it was designed by committee. Feature bloat. Confusing UI. Slow performance. Simple question: What if project management was actually fast? t0ggles.com

Freelancer tip: one board per client was wrong. Now I use one board, project-per-client. Client A is slow? Filter them out. Client B needs focus? Filter them in. Context switch in one click t0ggles.com

The single question that makes every standup better: "What's blocking you that someone else here can unblock?" Not "what did you do yesterday." Not "what's your plan." Blockers. That's it.

The feature we thought nobody wanted became our most-used. Multi-project boards. Everyone said: "We like separate boards." Then they tried one board with project filters. Nobody went back t0ggles.com

Hot take: Sprint velocity doesn't matter. What matters: - Are we shipping? - Are customers happy? - Is the team sustainable? Points are theater.
